Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is ideally located within walking distance of major stations, making it easy to explore Sydney's attractions. While the rooms were immaculately clean with incredibly cozy beds, the noise from the street was a drawback that we had to manage by using air fresheners. The service was efficient, although not overly warm or welcoming. The dining options were basic, with limited offerings, but the convenience of the location made up for it.
The hotel offers nicely fitted and clean rooms, spacious for single or couple travelers, though a refurbishment is needed. The beds are comfortable, providing a clean and cozy stay. The service is top-notch, particularly with the accommodating and helpful assistant manager Max. The location is excellent, within walking distance to Darling Harbour and with easy access to city activities. However, the dining experience leaves much to be desired, being at another venue almost 100m away.
The hotel met our needs perfectly, being very clean and spacious in a very convenient position. However, some noise disturbances from neighboring rooms affected our stay.
The hotel is in a convenient location in Chinatown and close to CBD and townhall, with easy access to good eating establishments and Paddy's markets. The rooms are a bit small, with limited floor space and darkness even during the day due to nearby buildings. The service was helpful, offering advice and assistance for amenities like Wi-Fi. The dining experience covered the basics but lacked outstanding options. Overall, a hotel with potential for improvement in certain areas.
